Amendments

In my privous software outline, I left out a couple important components. One is that the designer needs to incorporate trip times and travel speeds into the plans. It should be clear that a new streetcar line will perform well in moving people, not just in reclaiming the street. Similarly car trip times should be estimated, comparing the travel time in reality to what it would be in the model. I also forgot to mention traffic lights for intersections that give street cars priority. I have to decide what level of detail will be offered. Obviously the user can go and get objects from 3D wharehouse, but I'm not really that interested in offering garbage cans and newspaper vendors. Of course I can organize the wharehouse offerings by streetscape subject.
